Ayurveda the Science of Life
Many water quality requirements for recreational uses are highly qualitative and vary from one use to another and even from one user to another. Water-based recreation can be broadly separated into contact and noncontact activities. Obviously, the contact activities present greater health concerns, which relate primarily to disease-causing microbes. Requirements for noncontact recreational activities are similar to those for promotion of aquatic life and aesthetic considerations.
The discovery of new drugs and development of the drug delivery system are increasingly important. Bioprospecting for important molecules and genes for new drugs has already begun as a multi-institutional effort. A recombinant vaccine for Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) and hepatitis is being developed. The age-old system of Ayurveda practised in India needs to be popularized and made an integral part of health care.

In developing countries, many individuals are not only food insecure, but also are chronically exposed to high levels of mycotoxins in their diet. Food security exists when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food to meet their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life (FAO, 1996). Food safety results when microbial contaminants and chemical toxicants are present below tolerance levels in foods. Aflatoxin, a mycotoxin, compromises food security in the most vulnerable groups of people in Africa.
Although much remains to be learned about the acute and chronic health impacts of herbicide use, public health reports and epidemiological studies indicate that certain herbicides can be responsible for direct, unintentional poisoning and may be associated with increased incidence of cancer and other disorders. Farmers, farm families, and agricultural workers are exposed to herbicides at higher concentrations than the general public and consequently may be subjected to greater health risks. Health issues relating to exposure to herbicides and other pesticides are particularly important in developing countries, where safe use is difficult because of unavailable or prohibitively expensive protective equipment, inadequate and poorly enforced safety standards, poor labeling, illiteracy, and insufficient knowledge of hazards by handlers and applicators (Pimentel et al., 1992 Repetto & Baliga, 1996, pp. 9-16).
Berkowitz and Perkins (14,15) found that marital dissatisfaction and lack of their husband's support were related to increased psychosomatic stress symptoms in married dairy farmer women in New York State. Their findings suggest that effective marital support plays a primary role in reducing stress and promoting health in farmers. Similarly, Weigel and Weigel (16) found that greater perceptions of family satisfaction were related to decreased stress in Iowa farmers.
Migration (permanent, temporary and commuting to nearby villages and urban areas for work) emerged as another important adaptation strategy. Around 15.5 , 10.8 and 21.4 of the population migrated from Bhiloda, Bhuj and Satlasana, respectively. About 21 of the working population of Satlasana commuted to the nearby town for work on a daily basis. About 2.3 of children below the age of 14 from Satlasana had migrated for work. Child migration also took place either along with parents or individually, which not only affected their education but also exposed them to greater health and security risks (Mudrakartha et al., 2004b Moench and Dixit, 2004).
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) World Food Summit Plan of Action specifically states that Food security exists when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food to meet their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life . FAO works to eliminate poverty and hunger by promoting sustainable agricultural development, improving nutrition and guiding the pursuit of food security. Food safety is an essential component of improved nutrition and food security.

Self-improvement is a thing which you must practice throughout your life because once you started to believe that you are perfect then, things will start to become complex. You need to know that no one is perfect and no one can be perfect.
